Meet Your Team
Tracy Bernard
As owner and creative director for Bernard Marketing, Tracy provides strategic media planning, negotiates media acquisitions, determines marketing endeavors, oversees design and production and ensures brand integrity.
Prior to starting Bernard Marketing, Tracy was an intern at the White House Office of Public Liaison, an account executive for the largest ad agency in the world (part of Interpublic Group), McCann-Erickson Worldwide. She also was Marketing Director for a software company and a public opinion research firm.
Program Knowledge: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Soundbooth, Swish, Quark XPress, and Dreamweaver.
Education: B.F.A in Mass Communications with an emphasis in advertising from the University of South Dakota
Chris Hornick
Chris handles all aspects of building and maintaining websites, e-blasts, flash presentations, and social media marketing. He also provides video editing, and designs many items from concept to final output such as logos, collateral, and advertisements.
Chris is exceptionally flexible and places a high priority on client satisfaction and campaign success.
Program Knowledge: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Soundbooth, Premiere, After Effects, Quark XPress, Flash, Dreamweaver, Joomla!, HTML, CSS, CPanel, WHM, Java and PHP.
Education: Associates Degree in Multi-Media and Graphic Design from Arapahoe Community College
Sheila Seger-Ogborn
Sheila is a marketing consultant for clients at Bernard Marketing & Advertising and is also responsible for business
aquisition and advertising sales for Black Hills Woman Magazine and Rapid City Downtown Magazine. Sheila has
over 10 years of advertising and sales experience and was previously the Marketing Director of Lehman Trikes, USA
Inc. Sheila’s experience and personal approach to fulfilling client’s needs makes doing business a pleasure.
Education: B.S. in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Black Hills State University
